Workflow Management is an admin feature provided in the Project Management portfolio. It displays a repository of region-specific representative users.

This feature enables admins to assign specific users as representatives for different geographic regions. In doing so, any alert created in a specific region of the project is automatically mapped to the assigned representative(s).
Adding Representatives
The konaAI application lets you assign individual users as representatives or bulk upload representatives for different regions.
Use the green “Add” button to map individual users to a region/country.
Fill in the details requested in the pop-up and select save to complete mapping a user to an entity.

For bulk upload, download the default template provided on top of the grid on your workspace.
Fill in the details in the template without modifying the formatting.
Use the upload button to upload your representative list to the application.

You may use the edit option to modify an existing representative and the delete button to delete a representative.
Note: This feature enhances the Scenario Manager auto alert creation by triggering alerts to the region representatives even when the user has not been assigned the alert.
