The konaAI application is capable of ingesting data from multiple data sources in a safe and secure manner. The application can host and analyze data in different formats including structured, semi-structured or unstructured data.

You can ingest data from any of the major ERP systems such as SAP (including Concur), Oracle (including iExpense), JD Edwards and Peoplesoft by using both file based as well as powerful APIs.  

Your work in the konaAI application begins with the portfolio Project Management, an interface that connects to the data sources from which your data is uploaded. Within this portfolio, you can gather data from client source systems including ERP systems and perform the following project functions

Project Summary is the default tab that appears on your screen when you access a specific project.

The konaAI application classifies all risk and fraudulent activities into three main Modules: P2P, O2C, and T&E

The Project Documents section displays all the documents that have been added as part of project needs.

Date range offers a crucial feature of segregating and analyzing data based on customizable timelines.

Only individuals assigned the role of admin will be able to access and modify settings pertaining to OCR Configuration, API Integration, and Questionnaire Builder
